How do specific flavor profiles of cheese and wine work to complement one another? Join resident Cheesemonger, Gibson Campbell, and Certified Sommelier, Gabriella Macari, in the VIP room at Macari Vineyards in Mattituck to learn about pairing wine and cheese. Gibson will present cheese tasting notes and details about featured cheesemakers and their farms while Gabriella will offer wine technical notes and a brief history of Macari Vineyards.
