noah’s opened its doors in the heart of the seafaring town of Greenport, New York in January 2010. Chef Noah Schwartz and his wife, General Manager & Wine Director Sunita Schwartz, opened the New American restaurant with a focus on seafood-inspired small plates using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
noah's is also the only restaurant in Greenport to boast a raw bar with several varieties of fresh oysters shucked-to-order.
Sunita Schwartz designed the wine program at noah’s with the same emphasis on local sourcing that is dedicated to the menu.
With Chef Noah in the kitchen and Sunita managing the dining room and wine selections, the resulting noah’s is a restaurant that combines the passions of both the husband and the wife.
