Red Wines – Full Bodied, Complex
Full bodied red wines are made with vinifera grapes, fermented on the skins, and aged for long periods of time before release. These are wines that can be made as blends or with individual varieties of grapes. They typically will cellar well and are often kept for 7-15 years before reaching optimum drinkability.
