3 CHEFS, 3 VENUES, 3 COURSES, 3 WINES!!
Our gastronomical adventure will begin at 2pm SHARP at Jedadiah Hawkins Inn in Jamesport, where Chef LIA FALLON will prepare a mouth-watering specialty. We then head over to Amano Osteria and Wine Bar in Mattituck, where Chef TOM SCHAUDEL will have our next culinary delight. Finally we end at Waters Crest Winery, where we will find Chef TOM FAZIO, working hard at a grill with our final dish. At each stop, Winemaker Jim Waters will share a carefully paired glass of Waters Crest Wine.
