Eileen explains, "This cookbook is a collection of many recipes I developed to incorporate these incredible tastes in your meals. Most of the recipes in this book are easily prepared and can be made in under an hour. The more complicated recipes that take some time, I think are worth the effort and can be done for special occasions or on a day when you have time to cook. . I enjoy the whole experience of cooking and I hope you do as well. Thomas Keller, master chef and restaurateur, once wrote, “…. to make people happy, that is what cooking is about.”
